For retreats, you may choose to share dietary, mobility or relevant health information so that we can assess whether reasonable arrangements are possible. At check-in, we may collect identity information required under applicable Indian law.

We use your information to respond to enquiries; check availability; manage reservations, payments, stays, café visits, travel services and retreats; arrange transfers or requested services; communicate booking updates; maintain guest and accounting records; improve our website and services; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Bookings or payments made through travel portals, payment providers, maps, social-media platforms or other third parties are also governed by those providers’ privacy policies. Karwaan does not intentionally store complete card, UPI PIN or online-banking credentials on this website.

We do not sell personal information.
